This year marks our 4th annual 10 mile walk/cycle from Ballindalloch to Aberlour along the beautiful Speyside Way, raising funds for the Moray Dementia Friendship Club.

This charity holds a very special place in our hearts. Our own family have experienced first hand the friendship, support and kindness they offer, and we know just how valuable that can be.

Caring for someone living with dementia can be incredibly isolating - not just for the person with dementia, but for their loved ones too. Having a place where families can meet others who truly understand, while still enjoying meaningful time together, is something really special.

The route has been a huge success over the past three years, with an excellent path that’s suitable for both walkers and cyclists.

You can take part by collecting sponsorship or simply making your own donation.

Suggested minimum donation: £10 per person.

I'm a bit slow on social media you may have noticed 😬
But I couldn't let this one slide by without recognition.

Nicola came to see me with acute pain in her leg that could've derailed her upcoming London Marathon.

I worked with her & identified the issue so she could continue her training. I saw her a couple more times on the lead up to the main event & save to say..... she smashed it!!!

A huge well done & congratulations on the massive success on not just the Marathon itself but the whole lead up & preparations that go into such a demanding challenge. 🏅
