PHONE LINES/INTERNET NOT WORKING

We have still not managed to get our phone lines up and WIFI up and running. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are working really hard to get it up and running. We will post updates.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing technical issues with our computer system, and our practice software is down.

As a result, we are unable to see patients until the issue has been resolved. We are working hard to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.

If you have an appointment scheduled for today, please be aware that, because we cannot access our software, we are unable to contact you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at this time.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the problem.

We are having trouble with our phone lines. We are receiving all calls and voicemails but unfortunately we are unable to make outbound calls from our practice phone.

If you have left us a message we might call you back on a private number from a practice mobile. We apologise if it is taking us longer than usual to get back to you.

We will hopefully get this rectified ASAP.
