So we are almost there….

For many of us a busy week, for others peaceful and for some challenging.

Whatever this festive season brings for you, I wish you peace in your heart and joy in your future…. And the reminder that YOU matter and self care is key. 🤗

Do you still need a beautiful Christmas present for someone special?

What some of you may not know is that my very clever Mum makes beautiful, handmade silver jewellery.

She has recently exhibited in a gorgeous gallery in Surrey and has a few pieces still available and has generously offered The Yoga Shed clients a huge 30% discount!!!
