I was presented today with an incredibly flared up arthritic foot. Now this lady loves to dance up to 5 times a week and she finds it hard to say no! Hence the massive flare up. It was tough! But we made a dent and she left with some improvement and instructions on how to nurture it over the next week.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage is remarkable at helping inflammation and supporting the lymphatic system. This treatment may look like a small shift but it’s doing so much work to help the lymph system and the immune system behind the scenes. I am hopeful that if she can stop her twinkle toes over the next week she’ll be back to normal very soon. 💃💃
