Sad news alert! Next week we will be saying a fond farewell to our Chiropractor Leon.

Leon has been with the clinic for 2 years and we are going to miss his bright smile and infectious energy around the clinic every day, but we're also beyond thrilled to see him embark on an exciting new chapter as a Clinical Tutor at London South Bank University 🎉

He has been an integral part of our team, and his dedication, expertise, and kindness have made such a significant impact. We're going to miss him dearly, but we're also super proud of him for taking this bold step towards his new career.

We'd like to take a moment to thank Leon for everything he's done for our patients, team and the clinic. If you'd like to book one last appointment with Leon before he departs, please don't hesitate to call the clinic or book online - his availability is limited, and his last day will be Friday 28th August, if anyone wishes to say goodbye and wish him well!

Going forward, we have 4 amazing chiropractors who will be taking over Leon's patients ensuring continuity of care.

Team day out today! 😎 We took a lovely walk through Buckingham & Chackmore to say a fond farewell to Nikki, our amazing sports massage therapist, as she heads off to her new job – we'll miss you, Nikki! We also gave a warm welcome to our two new sports & massage therapists, Henry and Felicity 💙

Along the way we stopped off at The Queens Head Chackmore, then rounded off the day with lunch at Prego Buckingham. Thank you both for having us! 🙌

(And Henry – we know you were cheating at Uno 👀)

I spent a month in Uganda on an expedition where I helped build a school, planted trees along the banks of the River Nile, worked as a junior zookeeper, and hiked Mount Elgon, reaching an altitude of 4,321 metres!

A farewell message from the amazing Nikki 💙

I can genuinely say I haven't had a single day since working at Thrive when I didn't want to come in to work, and that is down to the amazing patient base and the incredible team I have had the privilege of working alongside over the years.

To all the clinicians, thank you for your advice, guidance and for making me a better therapist with your wide range of knowledge and insight. I've enjoyed working with you all (even the Liverpool fan) and I have such admiration for your professional ability and care towards every patient.

To the reception team, you are the backbone of Thrive, and I can't thank you all enough for the help you have given me over the years, you can never do enough for us or our patients, and it doesn't go unnoticed (I have had many discussions with patients telling me how helpful you are...I agree, obviously). But, the most crucial and important thing you've done for me is clearing the spiders from my room... You will never know how much this meant. In all seriousness though, thank you for constantly checking in & being great, I love you all.

To my patients, I have not taken a single one of you for granted and I appreciate every single person that has booked in with me over the last 4 years. To all my regular patients, thank you for your loyalty, for putting your trust in me, for your referrals to your friends, family and colleagues, and for letting me into your lives for a short period of time. I have loved getting to know you all and hope to have helped in atleast some way.

I will miss treating every one of you.
