Sound Healing Training returns to Bucks, starting 15th October.

If you're completely new to this world, this training gives you everything you need to begin. No previous experience necessary.

If you already hold space for others in some way such as a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, coach, or breathwork practitioner, sound healing adds a powerful new dimension to your existing practice, not a replacement for it.

Either way, you'll qualify Internationally Accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), and join a growing community of 160+ practitioners trained this way.

As we draw to the end of this eclipse season reflecting on August I see a lot of joy, laughter, relaxation, stepping out of my comfort zone. What I don’t see in my photos are the times of imposter syndrome, the challenges, the fear and the anxiety. They’re all there though. And unfortunately it takes the photos to remember the better moments! I don’t think that’s just me!! 🤷‍♀️. I loved the early morning dog walks with the sun high and skies bright blue. I loved spending time with people who mean a lot. I loved learning new things…. Thank you August and bring on September!! 💗💗

I'm really happy to share something new ..... a collaboration I've been working on with Sophie from Linden Tree Meditation.

Together we're launching Elements of Sound: a new series of sound and meditation workshops, held once a month at The Reading Room in Chinnor.

Across four sessions, we're moving through three pairs of the chakras, closing with a specific crown chakra session:

Saturday 10th October - Root & Heart: grounding, the Earth, breath of life
Saturday 7th November - Sacral & Throat: creativity, expression, mantra and chant
Saturday 12th December - Solar Plexus & Third Eye: intuition, light meditation
Saturday 9th January 2027 - Crown: a seasonal Yoga Nidra with sound, to close the series.

Each session includes reflective journaling and a 30-minute sound bath. £25 per session.

You're welcome to attend individual workshops, but you'll get the most from this journey if you can join us for all four.

We can only take 15 people per session and spaces are already starting to fill so if this is calling you, it's worth booking sooner rather than later.

Sophie and I are both qualified and fully insured. Please note there are no drop-ins and no refunds.

🔔 Activation 1: The Basics of Sound Healing - Thursday 15th October
🎶 Activation 2: Certificate in Group Sound Healing - Friday 16th & Saturday 17th October

These three consecutive days qualify you to hold your own group sound healing sessions.

💫 Then, continue with Activation 3: 1:1 Sound Therapy Diploma, beginning Sunday 18th October - day one of three, with your remaining days completed after your case studies.

🎓 No previous experience needed. Every step builds on the last, structured and supported throughout.

🌍 Internationally Accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).

🪷 On qualifying, you'll join a growing community of 160+ practitioners trained this way.
