Bradley's Practice - Buckley and Mold We are a GP practice based over two sites in Buckley Medical Centre and Glanrafon Medical Centre in Mold. This page is not manned 24/7.

The standards are:
• People receive a prompt response to their contact with a GP practice via telephone.
• Practices have the appropriate telephony systems in place to support the needs of people avoiding the need to call back multiple times and will check that they

are handling calls in this way.
• People receive bilingual information on local and emergency services when contacting a practice.
• People are able to access information on how to get help and advice.
• People receive the right care at the right time in a joined up way which is based on their needs.
• People can use a range of options to contact their GP practice.
• People are able to email a practice to request a non-urgent consultation or a call back.
• Practices understand the needs of people within their practice and use this information to anticipate the demand on its services. Dyma'r Safonau:

If any of our patients have lost something special please call in the practice and ask to speak to me as I have found it and have it safe. I suspect you will be missing it and I would like to return it to it's owner.

Wednesday 1st July 2026 we will be closed at both of our sites from 1pm for training.

If you require assistance from 1pm until 5pm please call 0300 0844 000.

After 6.30pm please call 111 for out of hours service. If you have a life threatening emergency then please dial 999.

Please note our e-consult system will also be closed during this time .

Dear patients,

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our patient system, and we are waiting for the health board to fix.

Please only contact us in the event of an emergency.

We are currently unable to print off any prescriptions or access any patient records. We suggest returning to practice later to collect any items required.

We hope this issue will be resolved soon and I will update you all shortly.

**Due to the current hot weather during the coming days, please help us keep the footfall in the surgery to a minimum. We kindly ask patients to minimise visits to the surgery and only attend when necessary.**

We are changing how we manage our Chronic Disease conditions to make it safer and more efficient for patients.
Moving forward you will receive an invite to complete an electronic form within your birth month . You do not need to contact us regarding your regular review unless there is a problem.

Some conditions no longer require the completion of an eConsult. By booking this way, the system will also provide you with the opportunity to reschedule and select the option to receive offers of earlier appointments.

If you are aged 75 and over and have not yet received your RSV vaccination please contact the surgery to book in with a nurse. You may also be offered a COVID vaccination at the same time.

A reminder for our patients.
We are pleased to announce that you no longer need to complete an eConsult for every appointment. Please visit our website and visit our appointments page. We use a system called Zymego which asks some basic questions and if appropriate you will be able to book an appointment immediately and online. If we need further information before we can offer you an appointment then you will be asked to complete an eConsult.
We are proud of this system and we hope to see it benefit our patients.
