Today is International Self Care Day, which promotes the importance of taking care of number one from time to time, whether you pamper yourself, enjoy a walk, avoid screens for a day, or indulge in a favourite hobby. Self-care is so important to maintain healthy wellbeing, as well as supporting us to manage stress, prevent illness and avoid burnout. Besides, taking time for yourself feels GOOD.
