Nightingale House

Nightingale House Nightingale House offers personal care for 45 older people and also caters for people with physical Bedrooms are single occupancy, many with Ensuite facilities.

Situated in the village of Bucknall close to the Lincolnshire wolds, Nightingale House is a detached property standing in approximately One acre of grounds. The home is single storey and spacious, offering residents a choice of dining and day rooms. You need not be alone at Nightingale House. You will meet new friends and have the opportunity of joining in with the regular activities and entertainment. Visitors are welcome at anytime and the home is very much involved in village activity. We aim to treat everyone as an individual with dignity, respect and encourage them to make the most of there stay with us. Residents are able to personalise their rooms. You may choose to make Nightingale your permanent home or come and stay with us on a short-term basis. A huge well done to Austin our employee of the month, with nominations from his colleagues that really show how much he is appreciated! We will miss you when you go off to Uni in September, but look forward to seeing you during the holidays! 💰🥳

* Picking up kitchen assistant role so well, seeing what needs doing and cracking on with the job, well done!
* For his kind and thoughtful approach with residents. His interactions are always appropriate and he appears to handle challenging situations with ease
* I would like to nominate Austin because he is good with the residents, he has picked up extra shifts in the kitchen to help out. He is a polite young man.
* Picking up extra shifts as and when needed. Getting on with the job and being great with the residents
* Kindness and patience with the residents. Thoughtful consideration for his colleagues
