So simple yet so difficult at times 💖

Holding on to what has already ended only leaves less room for what is waiting to begin. In Buddhism, letting go is not about losing something valuable. It is about releasing what no longer serves your peace, growth, or happiness. Every ending creates space for a new beginning. Trust the process, welcome change with an open heart, and remember that the next chapter cannot begin until you gently close the last one.

Most importantly, notice the small moments of peace and joy around you. A meaningful life isn't built only from big victories, but from appreciating the little things along the way.
