With the insertion of tiny thin needles on specific points over the body, I will stimulate the nervous system which then stimulates the part of the brain that controls emotions.
It can be used along side other forms of therapy or by itself. Studies have proven the great effect acupuncture has on our emotional well-being allowing us to feel an improvement immediately after the first appointment. As the treatment restores your body’s chemical balance, it will potentially prevent you from needing medication such as antidepressants.

The Chinese Medicine Organ Clock tells us the perfect time to socialise, eat, work or sleep - sadly life doesn’t always allow us to follow these guidelines.

Each organ has its own time, where it’s most active or the weakest at the opposite time.

This clock helps us practitioners with our diagnosis of the patient. For example if you’d wake up every night between 1am and 3am your liver energy might be blocked. Acupuncture would help your liver to a smooth flow, making sure you will sleep through the night. 💤
