What a lovely evening being able to attend tonight’s run session with Bude RATS 🐀
Feels so good to finally be injury free and meet new people through the sport I’ve loved for many years.

I understand the frustration that injury can bring to so many people but feeling grateful it was only temporary for me. It was particularly lovely to spot one of my smiley clients moving well after a recent treatment! 🏃‍♀️🌅

This week I’ve had the pleasure of treating two lovely ladies from Think Like a Pony South West

Working with horses and developing young riders is clearly physical work. Sports massage is there for maintenance and looking after our amazing bodies that we rely on every day.

A gorgeous Sunday morning supporting Bude Marshes junior parkrun with my little Millie 🥰

Such a brilliant local event — 2km of running, smiles (sometimes tears!) encouragement and plenty of very determined little legs! Supporting this community event in any way whether it’s volunteering, cheering or participating makes for a great family outing before a day on the beach 🙌

After a little break away, it’s been so nice to get back to treatments and welcome a few of my regular clients back through the door who make the most of everything Cornwall has to offer.

The icing on the cake was being part of a birthday celebration with a group of lovely ladies at Little Pig Wellness who treated themselves to the full works — sauna, cold dip, massage and a delicious lunch. Feeling very grateful 🙏 to have been a small part of their celebrations!

Yesterday I raced KeltX…and today I’m definitely feeling it!
Competing locally was a brilliant experience but also a reminder of just how important the recovery matters.

So I’m heading for a massage myself tomorrow and cannot wait 🙌

Sports massage isn’t only something to book when you’re injured. For me it’s part of a wider approach to preparation, performance and recovery. I look forward to seeing some of my regulars this week back on the couch.
