A gorgeous Sunday morning supporting Bude Marshes junior parkrun with my little Millie šŸ„°

After a little break away, itā€™s been so nice to get back to treatments and welcome a few of my regular clients back through the door who make the most of everything Cornwall has to offer.

The icing on the cake was being part of a birthday celebration with a group of lovely ladies at Little Pig Wellness who treated themselves to the full works ā€” sauna, cold dip, massage and a delicious lunch. Feeling very grateful šŸ™ to have been a small part of their celebrations!

Yesterday I raced KeltXā€¦and today Iā€™m definitely feeling it!
Competing locally was a brilliant experience but also a reminder of just how important the recovery matters.

So Iā€™m heading for a massage myself tomorrow and cannot wait šŸ™Œ

Sports massage isnā€™t only something to book when youā€™re injured. For me itā€™s part of a wider approach to preparation, performance and recovery. I look forward to seeing some of my regulars this week back on the couch.
