Tiramisu 🤩
➡️ Ingredients for 6 people
👉 400 g silken tofu
👉 24 cookies (ladyfingers / spoon cookies)
👉 4 scoops of High Protein Iced Coffee + 250ml of water
👉 4 teaspoons of bitter cocoa
👉 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
👉 2 teaspoons of icing sugar
➡️ Preparation:
1. Start by mixing the tofu and the icing sugar in your blender to obtain a cream. Add the vanilla flavoring at the last minute.
2. Quickly dip the cookies in the High Protein Iced Coffee that you will have previously mixed with water and arrange them by distributing a first layer at the bottom of the dish then cover with a third of tofu cream. Repeat these steps 2 or 3 times depending on the height of the chosen mold.
3. Sprinkle with cocoa and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours before tasting.
