En route to Orkney after the most beautiful weekend in Dumfries, passing on the nine rites of the Munay Ki as well as the 13th rite of the womb.

Was so beautiful catching up with friends and holding space. These transmissions are so incredibly profound, it felt like a home coming for me when I received them 5 years ago. To pass them on becomes more magical every time!

Crossing the ferry was a beautiful sign reaffirming what this weekend has been about - ‘we cannot live fully without the treasure of what our ancestors left’. Very apt.

If you want me to come and pass the teachings and seeds on for the Munay Ki, I can travel anywhere in the country 😂 my second time passing these on in Scotland, pure joy xx
