I offer personalised Reiki sessions from my calm, female-only healing space in Burbage.

Creating this space has been a labour of love, inspired by my own healing journey and a desire to offer others somewhere to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

As my birthday approaches, I’ve been reflecting on how grateful I am for everyone who has supported me and Orla Anam along the way. 🩷

Gratitude 🙏

The first photo is what was happening in my healing room today…

A cuppa, the sound of rain outside, a blooming peace lily, and a few moments of calm.

The second photo is what was happening next door…

My children are off sick and currently creating an enchanted forest in the living room while my husband is away with work. 🌲✨😂

The truth is, I don’t always have it all together. Life can be messy, noisy, unpredictable, and wonderfully chaotic.

But one thing I’ve learned is that peace doesn’t come from having a perfect life. It comes from finding moments to pause, breathe, and appreciate what’s already here.

Today I’m grateful for both the calm and the chaos, for imaginative children, rainy days, and the reminder that even on the busiest days there is always something to be thankful for. 💚

A nurturing space for women seeking healing, reflection and reconnection.

I offer Reiki healing, intuitive guidance and mini card readings in a calm and supportive environment.

As a SEND mum myself, I understand how important it is to take time to rest, recharge and receive support. That’s why I offer a reduced-rate session for fellow SEND mums.

My appointments are currently offered during school hours, making them ideal for mums who may have a little time to focus on themselves while their children are at school.

Today, I’m so grateful to be opening the doors to Orla Anam, a gentle healing space created from my own journey of healing, growth and reconnecting with myself.

Here, I offer Reiki sessions for women, mums, SEND mums and carers looking for a calm space to pause, rest and simply be.

Love 🌹💛

This morning’s card reminded me that love is much more than a feeling. It is what we nurture, what we treasure, and what continues to grow long after a moment has passed.

Standing among the yellow roses, I was reminded of the beauty of gardens—the patience they require, the care they receive, and the joy they bring when they bloom.

Perhaps love is much the same. What we tend with our hearts eventually flowers in ways we never expected.
