Since leaving school, it has always been my ambition to train as a beauty therapist. I truly believe that massage therapies are essential to health and wellbeing. With incredibly busy lives we all lead, people simply don't take the time to look after themselves and recuperate. Massage therapy is the perfect cure, and has so many benefits; physical, physiological and psychological. With these benef

its in mind, I have strived to make my treatments as accessible as possible, no matter your budget. You shouldn't feel guilty for looking after your health and massage therapies shouldn't be a luxury you only afford yourself once or twice a year. I'm fortunate to have studied at the prestigious Sussex Beauty Training School, and have been awarded a diploma in Body Massage and in Anatomy & Physiology from CIBTAC. I've also completed massage training in Ultimate Aromatherapy Experience with Aromatherapy Associates and have received a Guild Training International qualification in facial treatment. In addition, working at Cisswood House Hotel & Spa has given me invaluable experience. My treatments are offered for 30 or 60 minutes and can be tailored to the specific areas you want me to concentrate on. The room has been purpose built to provide a calm and relaxing environment where you can unwind and de-stress. There is ample parking and the Garden Room can be accessed from the garden gate, making your visit as easy as possible. If you wish to contact me or book a treatment, please use the details above.
