I offer microsuction from my clinic in Burgess Hill and remotely across Mid Sussex. Using the award-winning Tympa Health system, I offer 30-minute ear & hearing health check ups including an ear examination (HD images & video), ear wax removal and hearing screener tests if required. I'm officially accredited by ENT UK, The British Society of Audiology (BSA) and The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).

The children and I are through another fun week of summer hols with the help of our lovely friends & wonderful Grandparents! 😜 It’s Friday and I still have my sanity, JUST! 😂 So glad I’m able to keep my microsuction appointments flowing with a little more support than normal, the joy of running my own business! Had a gorgeous few days away with family in Middleton on Sea, just what the Dr ordered! ☀️ It’s SO relaxing & peaceful by the sea, we just love it! 🌊 Back to business today in clinic and visiting patients in their homes for microsuction ear wax removal. We are out of office again on Thursday & Friday this week, so if you require an appointment for next week, please pop us an email with your enquiry. A much cooler day today for ear-health checks & microsuction ear wax removal appointments at Augustinian Care, St George's Park, thank you for having me in your calm & cool therapy room! So happy knowing one of my patients this morning is going to have a wonderful & much easier 80th birthday celebration on Saturday 🎂 due to successful ear wax removal! 🙌 Back to clinic this afternoon for more appointments, to help more of our patients hear better, ready for the weekend! 💙

Another productive morning at the Cherry Tree Centre Age UK West Sussex with the wonderful team from Community People, thank you for having me! 🤗 I joined again today to provide ear-health advice,👂we discussed options for safe, local ear wax removal including our microsuction service here in Burgess Hill and across Mid Sussex. 🙌 Everyone is so welcoming and super keen to understand how they can take immediate action to improve their hearing.👍 Next stop is Age Concern Hassocks tomorrow morning from 9.30am - 11.30am. A busy week of clinic appointments & home visits for us at South Downs Ear Care. It’s a bit too warm for our liking but shouldn’t really complain! 🥵 Been keeping our patients cool with icy cold water & an oscillating fan. 🪭 The best we can do and zero complaints so far…just improved hearing! 👍

Took my children to the dentist after school today. It always gets me thinking. Why do we look after our eyes and our dental health but our ears often get neglected? It’s time we prioritised our hearing health. Book in with us at South Downs Ear for an ear-health check, microsuction ear wax removal if needed and a quick hearing check. We use the Tympa Health system in clinic and when we’re out on the road, it does it all, we think you’ll be impressed! 🙌

Been here, there and everywhere this week including Age Concern Community Centre Hassocks for one of my regular ear-health check mornings, as well as to patient’s homes, residential homes & care homes for microsuction ear wax removal appointments! 👍

I enjoyed a gorgeous walk in Ditchling one evening with friends…have you seen the incredible village scarecrow competition, it’s worth the wander if you haven’t? This amazing Charlie Chaplin (as per the pic) slightly spooked me 😂 he’s so realistic! 🙌

I also gave up some time yesterday morning, to volunteer at the annual Haywards Heath Town Council Carers Event with my Tropic Skincare business hat on. 🌿 I offered mini facials for Carers within our community, whose daily lives are dedicated to supporting others, it was so well organised and I was so grateful to have an opportunity to give back. 🙏🏼 It was definitely a highlight of my week.
