Back-to-School Survival Mode: Unlocked! 🎒✨
To every parent who just navigated six whole weeks of summer holidays—you made it. You survived the endless snacks, the noise, the chaos, and the daily "I'm bored" refrains. Give yourself a massive pat on the back, take a deep breath, and lower those shoulders.
Now that the bigger kids are safely back in the classroom, the house suddenly feels a whole lot quieter. The rhythm shifts, the noise dials down, and the spotlight returns to the littlest one in the house.

My 6-week Baby Massage & Reflexology course starts next Thursday 10th September at Park Centre, Burgess Hill.

It's a gentle hour to slow down, connect with your baby and learn simple massage and reflexology techniques you can use at home.

Hello everyone.

As we approach the end of the summer holidays and the start of a new season, we are now looking for warmer clothing suitable for autumn and winter.

It’s been a very beautiful summer, but we all know those colder days will soon be on their way!

We would be incredibly grateful for donations of season-appropriate clothing that is in excellent, clean condition, with no stains or damage, ready to be passed onto the families we support. 💗💙
We are in URGENT need of prams, single and doubles, these must be suitable from birth and in a safe condition.

We are also in need of some other items, which are listed below.

Due to the space we have available, we can only accept the items listed at this time, so please do check before bringing donations to us.

As always, a huge thank you for your kindness and continued support. It really does mean so much to us and to all the families we help across West Sussex.

Getting out and meeting other parents can make such a difference.
Tiny Tickly Tummies Baby Yoga is about so much more than yoga. It’s a chance to slow down, have some fun with your baby and enjoy a little time just being together — while getting to know other local parents who are on a similar journey. 🌿
Our sessions are gentle and baby-led, combining:

✨ Simple exercises to support your baby's development
✨ Breathing and relaxation
✨ Time to bond and have fun together
✨ And most importantly… time to chat, connect and build your village 🤍
