The Sleep Series starts this September.

Seven evenings across Autumn and Winter, each one 2 hours of deep relaxation and rest.
You will flow through Restorative yoga poses easing into a crystal bowl sound bath with Dona from Inner Peace Holistic. Time afterwards to rest, connect, journal if you want to, tea and treats included.

We open on the Autumn Equinox — Thursday 24th September, 6.30–8.30pm.

Then:
Fri 23rd October
Thurs 19th November
Fri 18th December — Winter Solstice
Fri 22nd January
Thurs 11th February
Fri 19th March — closing on the Spring Equinox

£27 per session

No pressure to do the whole series, come for one, come for the the change in seasons, come when you need deep rest.
