Thank you to everyone who popped by the Lympsham & Belvedere Cricket Club cake sale over the last three days, together you've raised an incredible £631 for our charity! Thank you to everyone at Stones Cafe for hosting the cake sale, and to their regular customers for buying cakes during their visit.

We'd like to say a massive thank you to all the junior cricket team players who ran the stall over the three days, you all worked incredibly hard and should feel proud of what you've achieved.

The funds will go a long way to helping us support our clients with their mental health and our continuing efforts to support our local community.

Joey and Harry are representing Lympsham & Belvedere Cricket Club at Stones Cafe on Knightstone Causeway in Weston-super-Mare this morning for a cake sale raising funds for our charity. Head on down to grab yourself a tasty treat and help the boys in their fundraising event.

If you can't make it over there today then don't fret, the club will be there tomorrow and on Wednesday, continuing the bake sale!

SomerRock festival is back in Bridgwater on 7th-8th August with a special KidzRock day on the 9th August!

Our team are delighted to share that we will be supporting the event over the weekend. We'll also be fundraising and hosting a stall on the 9th August full of kids activities and opportunities to win prizes!

We'd like to say a massive thank you to Lympsham & Belvedere Cricket Club for continuing to support our charity over the past couple of years.

From the 17th-19th August their Junior Cricket Teams will be running a charity bake sale for us from 10am-2pm at Stones Cafe in Weston-super-Mare. Make sure to head on over to check out the amazing selection of cakes for sale!

We'd also like to say congratulations to the U11, U13 and U15 teams on recently being crowned the champions of their leagues! Well done to you all for your hard work this season.

Lympsham and Belvedere CC are committed to promoting access to cricket for all young people (and adults!) with the All Stars programme for 4-8 year olds, Soft Ball for 8–11-year-olds and hard ball cricket for 11–15-year-olds with pathways to adult cricket and women and girls' cricket.

Have you ever wondered what would it look like if we weren't open and providing necessary counselling services?

Here are some stats to help answer that question!

If we weren't here:
- 70 students per week wouldn't be getting the in school mental health support we provide across Somerset and North Somerset.
- 90 children under the age of 16 and 50 teenagers and adults aged 16+ wouldn't be receiving the weekly counselling sessions we provide in Burnham-on-Sea.

All of these people we're currently supporting, plus those who are currently on our waiting list for sessions, would be left trying to find support elsewhere. This could mean waiting 18 months for NHS Talking Therapies, or struggling to find a service who would be able to offer any support at all, leaving them to fend for themselves.
