Every day we are in schools somewhere in the UK.
From Norwich to Devon, London to Liverpool , and everywhere in between, we’re helping bring learning to life through hands-on health, wellbeing and fitness workshops.
Early starts, long drives, setting up halls before the children arrive, and then watching those halls come alive with curiosity, laughter, movement and learning.
After 22 years and more than 1.5 million children reached, seeing children engage, learn and smile is still the reason we do what we do.
Over the last few weeks we’ve delivered a range of workshops including Health & Wellbeing, Mental Health, Fitness, and Drugs & Alcohol Awareness.
Some feedback from the last week
⭐ St Martin De Porres Catholic Primary School
“All SEND children were actively involved.”
⭐ Braintcroft Academy
“Really useful information presented in an easily digestible way for the age group.”
⭐ Castleview Primary School
“The children really enjoyed the activities and were able to learn a lot from them.”
“All of our children were fully engaged in the interactive activities, and the sessions were both comprehensive and informative. Huge thanks to the Coach for including everyone and explaining all of the activities. The children were also buzzing after the A-life workout”
⭐ St Bede’s Catholic Primary School, Basingstoke
“Children were engaged and enjoyed debating and finding out more about Drugs & Alcohol.”
⭐ St Martin De Porres Catholic Primary School
“The A-life coach was amazing and had a positive impact throughout the day.”
And perhaps the feedback that stayed with me most came from a parent and teaching assistant at St Bede’s Catholic Primary School:
“Now aged 17, my daughter still talk about the A-life session when she was 11 and the impression it made on them. It remains one of the highlights of their primary school education.”
As schools face increasing challenges around wellbeing, engagement, SEND and children’s health, we remain passionate about making learning active, hands-on and memorable for every child.
