πŸ’š TRAINEE COUNSELLOR PLACEMENTS AVAILABLE πŸ’š

We have a rare opportunity for 2 trainee counsellors spaces on a Wednesday at Freeflow Counselling Service.

These spaces have become available due to applicants delaying taking up their placement, and as a result our waiting list continues to grow.

We’re keen to fill these places with committed trainees who are ready to begin their placement journey.

At Freeflow, you won’t just be joining any service β€” you’ll be joining a team with 29 years of experience in offering placements and delivering counselling support within the local community.

We know what we’re doing, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

As a volunteer with Freeflow, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on therapeutic experience alongside your studies, with full support including:

πŸ’š Monthly group supervision / PD groups
πŸ’š Ongoing case management support
πŸ’š A carefully built caseload to help you achieve required hours
πŸ’š A warm, experienced and genuinely supportive team
πŸ’š Training and development opportunities
πŸ’šFinancial support towards your clinical supervision

πŸ’š Please note: all of our counselling is delivered face-to-face.
We believe there is something incredibly valuable in genuine human connection β€” being present, sharing a therapeutic space and building relationships person to person πŸ’š

Most importantly, you’ll be contributing to our long-standing mission:

To relieve suffering and distress within our local community through the provision of a free counselling service.

If you’re looking for a placement where you can learn, grow, feel supported, and make a real difference with an established and trusted service, we’d love to hear from you.
