Happy birthday to me! 🥳

Rejuvenate Sports Therapy is EIGHT today!! 😳

Eight years has flown by - you’ve seen me through one pandemic, one house move, two clinic moves (we’re settled for good now!) and three wonderful children! 🧒🏼 👶🏼

Some of you have been here since the very beginning, and some of you have only just found me! I appreciate each and every single one of you, supporting my small business and ultimately my little family. 🥰

Tonight I had a taste of my own medicine and suffered through what I put a lot of you through day in, day out!

Thank you Helen Walsh The Wellness Grotto for giving my legs a proper iron out in prep for the half marathon at the end of the month! 🏃🏼‍♀️

I saw Helen about a year ago for a calf ni**le, so honestly what goes around comes back around 🤣

Roadworks have popped up right outside the clinic (again).

Please bare this in mind when planning your journey - traffic may make your journey longer and you will be unable to park directly outside the house on the main road.

The clinic was closed yesterday because myself (& the family!) were racing in Blackpools Festival of Running 🏃🏼‍♀️

Went for a 10km PB.. and smashed it! 🥰
