We are looking for a driven, motivated and compassionate Sales Executive to join our team based in Burnley, Lancashire. If you're a confident and enthusiastic individual with good sales experience, then this role could be for you.

Whilst the role is primarily office based, the successful candidate will be required to visit clients to develop relationships and generate business, and ensure we continue to offer the best possible service to them. As such, a full and valid UK driving license is an essential requirement.
What will the role entail?
It will be the role of the Sales Executive to contact prospective Care Providers who may wish to use our services. The role will primarily involve developing relationships with new contacts, having a tenacious but friendly approach and maintaining these new client relationships in the longer term. The Sales Executive will work very closely with the Care Manager to develop and execute their sales strategy.
Day to day duties will include:
•Develop the Sales Plan for the target areas agreed with the Q.E.D. Team.
•Research clients’ needs to ensure we offer a best fit and tailored service to them whilst maintaining Management Information records of any meetings, telephone conversations/responses from potential clients.
•To foster and maximise existing client relationships, and identify and convert potential opportunities for new business
•Proactively identify and contact potential clients including Local Authorities and other relevant Agencies/Bodies to sell our services to, and forge new relationships, working in collaboration with the team to fulfill expectations and secure future opportunities.
•Diary management to ensure the best use of time visiting/contacting clients both face to face and virtually
•Become the 'go to' person when new clients are looking for a provider of temporary staffing in the area
•Account Management of clients
•Provide sales coaching and help drive a sales culture within the business
•Support the Care Manager with office management/clerical and telephone duties as and when required
•Help with any other duties deemed appropriate

•Strong Sales & commercial acumen and business understanding
•Able to work as part of a Team
•Excellent Communication & Organisational skills
