Jennifer is an integrative therapist who offers a warm, supportive, and confidential space for anyone experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or simply needing someone to talk to.

With over five years’ experience in mental health, a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and registered membership with the BACP, Jennifer brings compassion, professionalism, and a holistic approach to her work.

She also offers a free 15-minute Zoom consultation for anyone who would like to find out more.
