-Sukha Yin Therapy-

This is a therapeutic Yoga practice that is conducted either led down on the mat, or in a seated position. It involves gently holding specifically selected Asanas/postures for up to a period of five minutes each, focusing on the breath to allow the body to ease further in to the Asana for greater release.

With a particular focus on Myofascial Release, each posture is selected to target the relaxation, ease and fascia release of a specific muscle group, tissue or structure, along with the breathwork’s calming effect on the nervous system.

It is a gentle and nurturing practice with emphasis on the needs of the individual. From basic back care and the ease of aches and pains, to an overall stress reduction, this class is designed to aid, manage and support total wellness.

The room is pleasantly heated to enhance relaxation.

The practice of Yin Therapy with Myofascial Release supports and eases a range of physical and mental health issues in order to improve overall wellness. ✨Why are we called Sukha Wellness?✨

We are a Yoga and Pilates studio, but we are also so much more than that!


I have over 3 decades of experience and qualifications teaching movement, Yoga and Pilates, and I will always say how important it is to regularly move your body safely and within your capabilities.

But, all these years of experience have taught me that there is so much more going on beyond the mat that affects the results each individual client will see and feel.

Stress, sleep, diet, lifestyle- all will play their part in your overall wellness, and it is overall wellness that I am really interested in.

I want to help you feel your most well self.

That’s why I developed the Sukha Wellness System- classes that don’t just focus on how you move, but how you breathe, how you think, how you feel.

I have classes specifically devised to settle a stressed nervous system, or release tight fascia, or calm an anxious mind.

I offer sound healing therapy that utilises sound vibration frequencies to boost overall wellness.

I now have red light therapy available, that heals the body at a cellular level.

I also offer Reiki along with my 1:1 personal training clients who have sessions uniquely tailored just for them, combining Yoga, Pilates, reformer Pilates and holistic therapies in order to cater to their individual wellness needs.
