Moments of beauty,
Another week of deepest love, whilst standing up to situations that have drained energies, and people who have wanted more than my soul felt comfortable giving.

Thank the goodness, for beautiful friends who replenish our hearts, for solitude to bask in the peace that unwaveringly holds space for human shenanigans and thank The goodness for my babies three, what joy... Utter joy (wrapped in exhaustion🫣😜) they bring.

Join us for a meditation session at The Venue in Stanley on Tuesday August 4th from 6pm-7pm.
This session will be for deep connection and relaxation. Giving yourself time to be still with your breath and restore balance with your mind, body and soul.
Bring a mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort.
A bottle of water helps to keep you hydrated during the session.
The meditation will be £7 per person.
