"It's hard to put into words how much Azra has helped our family."

We started working with Azra back in December 2024 when our baby daughter was a couple of months old. We had a very tough and prolonged birth and our daughter had been quite unsettled since then, with breastfeeding being really tough, so we were recommended by a feeding specialist to visit Azra, and we are so glad we did.

Our daughter was so much more comfortable and relaxed after her first visit, and we noticed physical differences in her head and neck after just one treatment. We continued regular Mum and Baby consultations from there. We were so fortunate to find Azra and her holistic family centred approach. Most other places we found focused only on baby or Mum, not both together. I was at the point of wondering if I could continue to feed, and here we are nearly two years on with a thriving little girl who I am still breastfeeding.

Not only this, Azra also started to work her magic to resolve my husband's back and hip pain that he had been living with for years. The shift that came in releasing the patterns and pain he was experiencing has been life changing for him. It is amazing to have more ease in his body and no pain. Azra is so gifted at what she does.

If you are reading this and considering trying a treatment, I would urge you to book in. Azra brings with her a wealth of knowledge, care, empathy and what I can only describe as magic to her treatments.

We are forever grateful to Azra for all she has done for us all, and we will continue to work with Azra over the years.

A little corner of calm

Sometimes it's the small details that set the tone, a flicker of candlelight, warm towels, a few crystals settled in place. This is just one quiet corner of Solus where so much of the healing happens.

Whether you're here for bodywork, herbalism or family support, we want it to feel like somewhere you can properly exhale.

Come and see it for yourself.

There's something about the soft, warm light of a Himalayan salt lamp that just settles the room, and the nervous system with it.

With the school holidays in full swing and the pace of things a little different, it can be easy to run on empty. A quiet corner, a dimmed light and a few minutes to just breathe can go a long way, for you and for the little ones watching how you slow down too.

Small moments of calm add up. What will yours be this week?

This is what Vashti, a chef and one of our community members, had to say about Azra after her time with us. It's the kind of feedback that reminds us exactly why we do this work, holding space for release, healing and real connection.

If you've had a moment like this at Solus, we'd love to hear it. Drop us a message or tag us, we love celebrating our community.
