🚨 There is a red warning in place for the hot weather next week. 🚨
The extreme temperatures that we will experience are a real concern to the safety of life. We have a few tips and tricks for you to try and avoid getting into any danger.
Drink plenty of water, especially when you will still need to do your exercises.
Stay in a cool place and keep your blinds/ curtains closed during the day.
Wear light coloured and loose clothing.
Avoid going out in the high sun 11 am - 3 pm.
If you have a fan, place a bowl of cold water in front of it, this helps the fan to blow colder air around your room.
Filling a hot water bottle with cold water can help to keep you cool.
We will do everything we can to keep the clinic a cool and safe space.
Please look after yourself and if you can, look out for those around you who are most vulnerable. Stay safe everyone and don't forget your sun cream and hats 😀☀️😎🧢

** Important announcement **
From Monday the 1st of February, Chase Chiropractic Clinic will be operating from a new location. We are still remaining in the Burntwood area.
Our new address is Burntwood shopping centre, WS7 1JR. We have updated the address on Google maps to aid in helping you find us easier. The map on our website will be updated next week.
