🌿 Hello August…

A new month always feels like a gentle invitation to pause and reset.

Life has been wonderfully full for me recently, and one thing I’ve been reminded of is that being busy isn’t always the same as feeling fulfilled. Sometimes we all need to step back, breathe, and make a little space for ourselves again.

As we begin August, perhaps take a moment to ask yourself…

What do I need more of this month?

More rest?
More time outdoors?
More laughter?
More moments of stillness?
Or perhaps simply a little more kindness towards yourself.

Whatever your answer, I hope you find time for the things that nourish you, because they really do matter.

With love,

Sometimes the weather reminds us to slow down… and this week has certainly been one of those times ☀️

If you’re finding this heat a little too much, please be gentle with yourself.

Not every day has to be productive. Take this as a gentle reminder to slow down and do a little less. Some jobs really can wait, even if it doesn’t always feel that way.

Take time to sip your tea, read that book you’ve been meaning to start, reflect, journal, or simply sit quietly and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is give ourselves permission to rest.

Take care of yourself… the cooler days will return soon, and with them, your energy and productivity.

With love,

☀️ The heatwave is certainly here!

Is anyone else finding this heat a little challenging? If so, you’re not alone.

As much as it’s lovely to see the sunshine, warmer weather can leave us feeling tired, uncomfortable and in need of a little extra care. Slow down where you can, stay hydrated, and be kind to yourself.

A few moments spent caring for yourself can make all the difference — whether that’s finding a shady spot in the garden, enjoying a cool drink, or a refreshing shower and some time to nurture your skin. Don’t forget, your skin will be needing extra hydration too.

One product I’ve been reaching for recently is Neal’s Yard Remedies Hyaluronic Acid Skin Booster. Lightweight and easily absorbed, it helps skin feel refreshed, comfortable and beautifully hydrated.

However you’re spending this warm spell, don’t forget to look after yourself.

✨ Friday evening…

It’s been one of those weeks where life has felt full and demanding, and I found myself craving something I often encourage others to make time for… a little quiet and nurturing.

Earlier this week, I lit a candle and only then noticed its name: Stillness.

It was exactly what I needed.

Sometimes self-care isn’t about grand gestures. It’s a candle glowing softly, a favourite fragrance, a cup of tea, an early night, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

As we head into the weekend, perhaps ask yourself…

What do I need more of right now?

Whatever your answer, I hope you find a little time to rest, restore and reconnect with yourself.

And if you feel in need of some deeper relaxation, my treatment room is always here to welcome you.

Wishing you a peaceful weekend ahead.

With love,

Be the best version of YOU 💗

It’s so easy to spend time comparing ourselves to others, scrolling through lives that look perfect and wondering why we don’t feel quite enough.

But what if, instead, you paused for a moment and asked yourself:

What do I need right now?
What makes me feel calm, content and truly me?

Happiness isn’t always found in doing more or being more. Often it comes from the simplest things — a walk in nature, a favourite piece of music, nourishing food, a quiet cup of tea, time with people you love, or a little self-care.

As we move towards the weekend, perhaps this is your reminder to slow things down and focus on what really matters to you.

Not what you think you should be doing.
Not what everyone else is doing.
Just what feels right for you.

And if you need a little help switching off, relaxing and restoring your balance, my treatment room is always here to welcome you.

Wishing you a peaceful evening.

Good morning and happy Saturday 💗

The rain may be falling outside, but perhaps that’s nature’s gentle invitation to slow down a little.

After a busy week, it can be easy to fill the weekend with more jobs, errands and things that need doing. But if you can, try to leave a little space for yourself too.

A leisurely cup of tea, a favourite book, a walk between the showers, an afternoon nap, or simply a few quiet moments with no demands and nowhere to be.

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. Often it’s the smallest pauses that help us feel most restored.

Whatever your weekend holds, I hope you find a little time just for you.

Wishing you a peaceful and restorative weekend.

With love,

Following on from my recent post about making time for yourself… 💗

Self-care doesn’t always have to mean carving out hours in the day. Sometimes it’s the small daily rituals that help us feel more like ourselves again.

Taking a few moments to cleanse, nourish and care for your skin can be a wonderful way to pause and reset, even on the busiest of days.

I’m loving the look of Neal’s Yard Remedies’ new Wild Rose Glow range ✨

New month, new week… perhaps new ideas, new intentions…✨💗

If life has felt particularly busy or demanding lately, it can be helpful to take a moment to pause and reflect on what might help things feel a little lighter. More importantly, to find some time for you.

Small acts of self-care can make such a difference. A calming bath, a good book, a favourite fragrance, an early night, or simply sitting quietly with a cup of tea.

And if you feel in need of a little more time out, my treatment room awaits. A relaxing or rejuvenating treatment can be the perfect antidote to the stresses and demands of everyday life.

Remember, it’s progress, not perfection.

Wishing you a peaceful evening and a gentle start to the month.

🌿 Bank Holiday Monday… and the sunshine is finally here ☀️

A gentle reminder today that rest is productive too.

Life can so easily become busy and overwhelming — always something to do, somewhere to be, someone needing your time and energy.

So if today offers you even a small opportunity to slow down, enjoy the warmth, take a breath, and do something kind for yourself… take it.

A quiet moment in the garden, a walk in the fresh air, an early night, a little self-care ritual — it all matters.

Sometimes the smallest pauses are the ones that restore us most.

And if you feel in need of deeper rest and relaxation, you’re always very welcome here.

Wishing you a peaceful and nourishing Bank Holiday ✨
