Bit of a cold first week of 2025 in clinic...
Meniscus post op 121 rehab ✔️
Meniscus post op return to sport 121 rehab ✔️
Proximal hamstring tear 121 rehab ✔️
Bicep femoris T-junction tear assessment and treatment ✔️
CPD - observed PRP injection
MSc - prepping for semester 2 and the new modules to start
And yes I still wore shorts pitchside in this weather...

It's been a busy few weeks in the lead-up to Christmas both pitch side and in clinic.

We squeezed in a few last-minute appointments this week.
The rehab programmes are all sent, notes are completed, and the clinic is now closed until the new year.

A few days of rest and enjoying some quality time with the family before back to training and seeing out the new year with a bang...

It's been a busy few weeks in the lead-up to Christmas both pitch side and in clinic.
We squeezed in a few last-minute appointments this week. The rehab programmes are all sent, notes are completed, and the clinic is now closed until the new year.
