On the 10th of May, we were proud to sponsor the 11th annual NWL Optimum Performance Cup competition — and once again, it didn’t disappoint! 🙌

With over 200 women taking part, it was an exciting day full of competitive netball, great energy, and fantastic team spirit.

A huge thank you to the NWL Netball League for organising such a brilliant event, as always. It’s something we’re always grateful to be part of.

Pete joined me once again from Pete Smith Deep Tissue & Sports Massage Therapy , and throughout the day we supported players with injuries, recurring issues, and provided exercise advice around medical conditions and recovery.

Congratulations to Ashby Venom, who were crowned champions after a thrilling 13-12 victory over Belgrave Buzzards in the final 🏆👏
