Between 27/07/26 - 23/08/26, our clinical staff dealt with:
3745 total appointments
1462 face to face appointments
1881 same day appointments

Unfortunately, 65 patients missed their appointments, which totals roughly 16 full hours of clinical care.

If you're unable to make your doctor's appointment, cancelling it means that someone who really needs to see a doctor can use that slot.
