Everyone benefits from labelling you with the mental health issues - except you.

This is why I work so hard to educate millions of women and girls about trauma responses - and how to stop seeing themselves as ‘disordered’ when others have framed them that way, or even convinced themselves that they are mentally ill after abuse and trauma.
