10 Mat Classes for £60 ends tonight! These can be used on a mix of yoga, barbell, or our new mat Pilates classes, working out at £6 per class 😅

You’ll have 3 months to use them up, with classes on mornings, evenings, lunchtimes and weekends, if you’re looking for a time to start, it doesn’t get more encouraging than now. Beginners are always welcomed and supported. We can all wobble together 😂💫

Our shop will launch on our Taster Day, this Saturday 15th August, 10.30am - 3pm.

TASTER SESSIONS! Saturday 15th August. 🫶🏽

If you’ve been thinking about trying something new, wanted to try reformer but feel too nervous, or looking for different ways to move your body and feel better, come and try our classes!

Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.

To book your taster classes:

If you don’t love it, at least you tried it. And if you do love it? Then you’re welcome back any time and we’ll have some great offers on the day to help build your confidence in classes (for new and existing clients)!
