Sports Deep Tissue massage doesn’t have to be painful if you know what the root cause is.

More often than not the muscle pain or movement restriction we experience is caused by our nervous system that has gone into fight/flight mode.

By relaxing the nervous system the experience of pain and restrictions can be reduced and quality of life improved.
