Happy 3rd Business Birthday to us! 💜💜🥳

Anglia CPR is 3 today. Honestly, I can't quite believe it.

When I first started out, everyone kept telling me:
"You've got to give it three years"

I kept on wondering, why?

What happens at year three, that I don't know about?
Is there some secret club for small business that you get the keys too?

Now we are indeed 3, I can understand why.

3️⃣ It takes three years to build your brand (and be confident about it)
3️⃣It takes three years to understand who your customers are, and how they came to find you
3️⃣It takes three years to build a strong customer base, repeat customer base and wider network who trust you, know you and support you.

It's always a privilege to be asked back to an organisation to deliver more first aid training for staff.

Congratulations to the team at Busy Bees Nursery for updating your Paediatric First Aid Course. Skills you did well:
- Following care plans to deliver asthma inhalers effectively
- Treating Bee stings and observing for potential anaphylaxis
- Imobilising fractures and keeping the child calm and reassured

WI it's good to talk 💜🧡

We've had the great pleasure of providing CPR & AED awareness sessions to a number of groups over the last few months across the East of England.

One of the more common questions is around bras, CPR and AED use in women.

We are always happy to answer a range of questions, because this is how we help people to become more confident, myth bust and raise awareness around cardiac arrest.
