I am very excited to be able to teach a few ad hoc sessions over the summer on July 21/28 and August 11/25!
Usual venue at All Saints Church and usual time of 7-8.15pm.
£10 per person per class.
Let me know if you are able to come along to any of the sessions. Despite the heat, the hall always tends to be very cool which is a reason to come on its own!

Last yoga session (for now) with this lovely bunch of legends, some of whom have been coming to my class for nearly a decade 🥰 Thank you for the beautiful flowers, brilliant card and generous gifts. I will miss my weekly yoga with you all but hopefully we can squeeze in the odd outdoor session in the summer. It’s goodbye for now but definitely not forever ###

My last yoga class (for now 🙏) will be held on Tuesday June 2nd at 7pm in the usual venue at All Saints Church in BSE.

It would be amazing to see as many of you there as possible - past and present - to say a final farewell 💛

Please message if you fancy come along for one last yoga class together before I go off to focus on my midwifery studies.

I’m lucky enough to work in an area where I see women becoming mothers on a daily basis. But there’s so much more to it than that. I am lucky enough to have my mum and mother in law close by. I have three wonderful children that made me the mother I am. Plus an array of fur babies. But this day can also be hard for some. Love to you all 💕💕💕
