🚢⚓ All aboard for a look back at Cruise Month!

July saw our homes setting sail on a month-long adventure, bringing the excitement of a cruise holiday straight to our residents. 🌍✨

There was something different around every corner, with themed food, music and entertainment, creative activities, games, special lunches, pampering and plenty of opportunities to come together and have fun.

Each of our homes put its own spin on the journey, creating experiences around the people who live there and finding wonderful ways for everyone to get involved.

More than anything, Cruise Month was about creating moments to look forward to, whether that was sitting down for a special meal, enjoying a favourite song, trying something new or simply sharing a laugh with friends.

A huge thank you to our fantastic teams for putting so much enthusiasm and imagination into the month, and to our residents for being such brilliant travelling companions! 💙🛳️

Tucked away in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, Manson House has a wonderfully peaceful garden that feels like a little hidden oasis. Despite being so close to the centre of town, it’s remarkably quiet, something visitors often comment on when they first discover it.

It’s a lovely place for residents to sit in the sunshine, enjoy some fresh air, catch up with friends or simply find a quiet spot to relax and take in their surroundings. 🌸

🍦 A sweet surprise for our Northern homes! ☀️

This week, residents and colleagues across our Northern homes were treated to a special visit from the ice cream van, courtesy of Stow Healthcare.

There were plenty of smiles as everyone chose their favourite flavours and enjoyed a refreshing treat together in the sunshine. Sometimes it's the little surprises that create the biggest moments of joy, and it was wonderful to see residents and teams taking a well-deserved break to enjoy the summer weather.

Here's to making memories, sharing smiles and celebrating the season together. 💙🍨
