One week of May already gone....Let's talk about your WHY?

Can you be honest with yourself? Can you take responsibility for some of the weight you’ve gained?

Can you see a pattern of how you give yourself permission to break your diet?

Does this get you to your place of happiness and acceptance of who you want to be?

Dig deep, write down your WHY and then right down your HOW. What are you going to allow to get in the way and what are you not going to allow that could scupper this. IS it worth it?

THEN do something about it, NOT Monday or after a busy weekend but NOW. You can still live your life as well.

We all have different reasons as to why we want to lose weight.

So whatever your reasons and whatever your end goal, keep reminding yourself of what you want to achieve. You can do this! 💪🏻
