As I have started back working I thought it would be a good time to offer a chance to win a 1hr Sports Massage - worth £40. Also, by entering the competition, you will get £5 off your next treatment if you book in, for either physiotherapy or sports massage.

Mobility & Strength sessions ‼️

Introduced some new sessions. Have a look at the post above and get yourself booked in for one!
The strength session will be based on building a programme to help you gain strength and become more confident whilst training.
Mobility sessions will be working on identifying any problematic areas and building a programme tailored to you, that will help you improve!
These session will mostly be based in Bury at my home address, so if you’re interested then DM 📥 for some more information!
