🧡💫 Journey Through the Chakras – Sacral Chakra Soundbath 🧡💫

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply feel joy? 🤔💫

This week on our Journey Through the Chakras Soundbath, we continue our exploration of the Sacral Chakra – our energy centre connected to joy, happiness, creativity, pleasure, emotions and desires.

This gentle evening offers a chance to pause, relax and reconnect with the things that bring you happiness. Life can be busy, and we often put our own happiness to the bottom of the list.

Through guided meditation and the soothing sounds of the instruments, you’ll be invited to let go of stress, embrace your emotions, and create space for more joy and flow in your life.

Tonight was spent with four lovely souls. 💜

Some might look at that and see a small group, but I’ve learned that the number of people in the room doesn’t matter. The people who are meant to be there always find their way there.

Tonight it was two mums sharing time with their children – a mum and daughter, and a mum and son. It was a beautiful reminder that no matter our age, we all need space to slow down, switch off, and simply be.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially for our young people. Between school, revision, exams, work, family life, and everything else we carry, taking time out isn’t a luxury – it’s a necessity.

That’s why throughout May, June and July, all students going through exams are welcome to attend my sound bath sessions free of charge. This applies to both my Sunday Sanctuary Soundbaths and my Tuesday evening sessions at Unsworth Cricket Club.

If you know a young person who could benefit from some time to relax, reset and recharge, simply message me to reserve a mat.

This Sunday evening, join me for a gentle and nurturing sound bath where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with a sense of calm.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation before settling into a soothing sound journey using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes and ocean drum.
Whether you’re seeking relaxation, a moment of stillness, or simply some time to recharge, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

🌿✨ Outdoor Sound Bath on The Green, Worsley ✨🌿

Take an hour out of your week to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and relax in nature.

Join us on Wednesday 11th June from 7pm–8pm for a gentle outdoor sound bath surrounded by the beautiful green space of Worsley. Allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments to help calm the mind, relax the body, and restore balance.

Over the past weeks, we’ve explored each energy centre individually… and this Tuesday, we bring everything together with a beautiful Full Chakra Reset before beginning the journey again.
