It amazes me when I talk to clients and they have never heard of a sound bath. I think because I have been to so many over the years. I just assume everyone knows about them.
My first experience was amazing, I suffer with repetitive strain im my wrist, and almost as soon as the sound and vibration started my wrist became hot and felt so much better for a while after. Not cured but better.
So this evening I decided to give my weekly client a little demo. They had never experienced a sound bath before so didn't know what to expect.
The response was "that was like a mini micro massage, it resonated through me. I had lots of micro dreams. Im a fan."
I find the people who need massage and sound therapy are so often the ones who don't know they need it.
I run a monthly sound bath, 1st sunday of the month at St James Church Hall Walshaw.
