Pilates in Bushey – Every Wednesday!

📍 Little Reddings Primary School – a large, clean, spacious hall with free parking.

✨ Trial class just £8 (usually £12–£13).

Classes are kept small so I can observe, whilst provide guidance and alternatives. . Suitable for beginners to intermediate – work at your own level in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Benefits include:
• Increase strength (using resistance bands)

⚽ What a week for football! Congratulations to Spain on becoming World Cup Champions! 🇪🇸🏆

Football has an incredible way of bringing people together, creating memories and lifting spirits – both on and off the pitch….

This week I also had the privilege at Watford Football Club again, providing holistic chair massage to those living with dementia at a functional levels and their carers (family) as part of the wonderful Golden Memories programme. It was a joy to spend time supporting such amazing people, helping them relax, unwind and enjoy a little moment of wellbeing.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the session so special. It was a reminder that while football creates unforgettable moments on the world stage, it also changes lives within our local communities. 💛

What a wonderful experience…. Flexii studios (between St Albans in London Colney) offer their Reformer Pilates clients a Pilates (their teacher) session that follows with a 40 minute soundbath session.

Strength and mobility, followed by inner connect and calm. Mind, body and soul.

Their next session is the last Tuesday of July - Contact .studios to book. My next Bushey soundbath is Thursday 16th July at 7:30pm.

Oooo it’s hot🔥

So hot, in fact, that quite a few people decided to skip my Pilates class in Bushey this Wednesday… apart from these hardcore ladies! 💪

However it turned out to be lovely. Instead of staying in the school hall, we headed outside onto the school field and found a shady spot with a beautiful evening breeze for the 7:30pm class.

Resistance band strengthening, body mobility work, and finishing with 5 minutes of relaxation - grounding ourselves on the grass with the birds tweeting around us... perfect!

I’m running £8 first-time trial classes throughout July & August.
