Have you ever wanted to try a Tai Chi class ? Tuesdays we have beginners classes just started weekly from 2pm to 3pm . Comfy clothes and footwear recommended. Arrive 1:45pm for an introduction and join in . All are welcome, All ages ? Genders , & fitness levels . Never too old to begin so what are you waiting for , come and try it
