โฐ Meet at 9am โ€“ set off at 9:05am

๐Ÿ“ Finding us:
Past the council offices, keep going up the hill and around until you see the wooden Parc Penallta sign on the left. Keep an eye out as itโ€™s easy to pass while chatting ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Drive straight up towards the back of the car park โ€” thatโ€™s where weโ€™ll meet.

๐Ÿพ Dogs welcome
๐Ÿฅพ Please wear suitable footwear
๐Ÿž๏ธ Enjoy the lovely views from the top ๐Ÿ’•
๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ The walk takes approximately 1ยฝ hours.

Some of the ladies may choose to walk for longer. If youโ€™ve had enough, theyโ€™ll pass the car park so you can head back when youโ€™re ready, while they continue on.

I wonโ€™t be there this Saturday, but the lovely ladies will be there and theyโ€™ve done this walk many times before, so youโ€™ll be in safe hands. ๐Ÿฅฐ

If youโ€™d like to join them, meet at 9am ready to set off at 9:05am.

Sometimes you have to stop, breathe and remind yourself that your past does not define you. โค๏ธ

It's so easy to overthink every little detail and feel like the bad outweighs the good. But I'm choosing not to let my past, my mistakes, or other people's opinions define who I am.
I'll keep my head held high and keep pushing through the waves that try to knock me down. ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ’ช

I'm going to keep working towards the life I know I want and the life I know I deserve.
