I have been up early this morning and have been singing this on this fine morning, so uplifting - the start of something new today with the Sattva Supper and Soundbath evening.

Ganesha's blessing on this Divinely Guided New Beginning with the Sattva Lounge with Food, Sound, Meditation and Yoga for Health and Well Being ~ Friendship, love and joy in abundance.

When we prepare and cook the food for this evening we will be dancing and singing around the kitchen and it will be filled with love and happiness.

First though - beautiful Restorative Yoga with the lovely Michelle this morning.

Over the past few weeks this beautiful coming together has been birthing of wonderful co-creation.

It's time to share The Sattva Lounge Cornwall at Polhilsa House Retreat and Polhilsa Healing Sanctuary Cornwall Stoke Climsland, East Cornwall.

Coming together to share precious time, love, laughter, togetherness with Food, Sound, Meditation, Mindful (less)ness and Yoga.

We have a programme of offerings over the next few months.
