COME IN RUBBER DUCKY…! It’s that time of year where little ducks and business ducks take to the River Marden, jostling for 1st place. Saturday 16th May marks the Calne Lions annual duck race. There’s plenty to see and do. Odette and Fraser are on the Royal British Legion tombola at The Wharf, there’s lots to win and some free goodies for the kids. There’s also Calne Springs Market in Phelps Parade.

On Saturday, Sara and her friends ran the Pretty Muddy in memory of her best friends son. As a team, they raised over £800 plus gift aid!

Raising money for Cancer Research means a lot to Sara especially since she lost her nanny Bush to this awful disease in 2014 🦋

Odette is on holiday at the moment in Vietnam and the group she’s with won’t be able to pay their respects tomorrow, 25th April which is Anzac Day so they went today with the Vietnamese Guide who laid a wreath. There was also a reading, the Last Post and two minutes silence remembering those who gave their lives.
