1 in 6 people with endometriosis leave the workforce completely and 1 in 10 navigating menopause will leave work with 23% considering resigning due to impacts of perimenopause or menopause. Currently, 1 in 5 people in work take sick leave in the UK with this figure rising to 2 in 5 for those aged 18-24 with rates of burnout nationally in the workplace increasing rapidly.
