Today we’re celebrating the incredible power of the brain, and the ways we can actively support its health every day. One of the most effective (and often overlooked) tools for brain wellbeing? Massage therapy. 💆‍♀️💙

Science shows that massage does far more than relax the body, it has a direct impact on the brain and nervous system.
